Everyone has “that one teacher” that made a difference and with whom they hold a special place. Mrs. Spicer was that teacher for me. Grade three at St. Paul’s school was one of my best school years ever and I will be forever thankful for all I learned….not just about school but so many valuable life lessons as well.
My most sincere condolences to her family. I hope she knew how much of a gem she was to so many.
Mrs Spicer was the best teacher I ever had. I remember crying after grade 3 when she retired. I was able to write letters to her for a year before we lost touch. Never does a day go by that I don’t remember what she did for me all those years ago. My condolences to the family as the world would be a sad place if she never existed in it. Thanks Mrs Spicer, you meant so much to me.
