Obituary of Veryl Lawrence Engerdahl

It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of our father, Veryl Engerdahl on April 25, 2022, in Creston, BC at the age of 75 years.

Veryl was born in Brightsand, SK on August 10, 1946, to parents Vernon and Augot Engerdahl.

Veryl was an avid fisherman, hunter, and loved being outdoors in God’s country.  He was very well respected for his work ethic, stubbornness, and his love of building houses! Spending time with his family, friends, and grandchildren playing card games is what meant the most to him.  Veryl found great peace and joy living at Kuskanook Harbour.

Veryl was predeceased by his dad Vernon, mom Augot, siblings Gilmore, Anges, his twin brother Earl, Ralph, and Dale.

Veryl will be lovingly remembered by his son Darryl Engerdahl (Nicholas Webster ) of Nelson, BC, daughters Tammy (Shane) Kyhl of Sidney, MT, and Paula (Trevor) Fellman of Creston, BC, grandchildren Shayla Leacock, Kaden Fellman, Victoria Kyhl, and Matthew Kyhl, siblings Bernice of Edmonton, AB, Gilbert of Calgary, AB, Lloyd of Edmonton, AB, Brian of Abbotsford, BC, and Melvin of Abbotsford, BC.
