Donavon Clyde Chadwick passed away peacefully on November 27, 2021 at Crestview Care Village in Creston, BC at the age of 89 years.
Donavon was born on September 7, 1932 at Maple Creek, SK to parents Alice and Clyde Chadwick.
A Private Family Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
