Obituary of Virginia Ann Musil

 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Virginia Ann Musil known to many as Granny at the age of 85. She passed away in Creston, BC on June 5, 2023.

 Virginia was born in Lethbridge, AB where she lived with her Granny and Grandpa Ingham. She spent a year with her Aunty Mildred Rechnitzer and Uncle Harvey in Escondio, California. She met her husband Gordon while she was taking care of his brother's children in the Elk Valley. Together they moved to Gray Creek in 1972. Virginia was a homemaker and a fabulous baker. She was active in her community as she was a part of the Gray Creek Ladies Club.

 Virginia is survived by her children; Carrell (Gerry) Farnum, Josey Musil, and Rodney (Christy) Musil, Grandchildren; Linden Grimes, Derek Farnum, Bryce Musil, Daniel Musil, Chelsea Musil, Ceira Watson, Great-Grandchildren; Evan Blake, Jayden Blake, Olivia, Zaia, and Darius.

 She is predeceased by her loving husband; Gordon (Joe) Musil, Parents; Frederick and Elizabeth , as well as her grandparents.

 A Visitation will take place on Thursday June 22, 2023, at Creston Valley Funeral Services at 11am. A Graveside Service to follow at Gray Creek Cemetery on Thursday June 22, 2023, at 1:30pm
