Obituary of Aurore Marie Lauzon

We sadly announce the passing of our Mother Aurore. Aurore was the oldest of 14 Children.

She helped raise her younger siblings. She then Married Roger on June 30, 1952, and they

had 8 children. They moved to Valleyview, Alberta in 1964 and to Grande Prairie, Alberta in

February of 1974. They ultimately retired to Enderby BC. They lived a full life full of love and

laughter.

 

Aurore is survived by her children; Dianne (Maurie), Allan (Karen), Carmen (Bob), Beatrice (Ted),

Jacqueline (Cecil), Mike (Karin), grandchildren; Daphne, Kimberly, Tanya, Sandra, Kareen, Jason, Jennifer,

Tabitha, Dara, Steven, Devin, Meagan, Brandi, Joshua, Sage, Liam, Kiana, 17 Great Grandchildren, 5

brothers, 4 sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.

 

She is predeceased by husband of 65 years, Roger in 2017, Daughters; Denise and Vivian, grandson Lani;

Parents Edouard and Yvonne Desrosiers, and 4 brothers.

 

Memorial Service for Aurore and Roger will be held at St Josephs Catholic Church in Grande

Prairie, Alberta on September 2, 2023, at 11:00 am with Luncheon to follow.

Private family interment or Aurore and Rogers ashes will be held the following day at

Valleyview Cemetery in Valleyview, Alberta
