Obituary of Irma Jean Salzmann (nee Watts)

Irma Jean Salzmann (nee Watts) was born in Brooks, Alberta on April 13, 1945 to Donald and Nellie Watts. She left this world to be with her Saviour Jesus Christ, on May 6, 2023 at the Swan Valley Lodge. She had many passions in life including her family, teaching Bible Studies, gardening and quilting.

 

Irma is survived by her husband Dan of Creston; her children – son Calvin (Judy) of Creston, son Clayton (Gena) of Queen Creek, Arizona, and daughter Susan (Dave) of Duchess, Alberta; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren – Rebecca (Bryce) & Raelynn, Ezra, Gianna, Tobiah; Joshua (Kirsten) & Evelyn; Amy (Nicholas); Felicia; Rachel (Dylan) & Elias, Sylvia; Dillon & Samantha; her siblings – Ramona, Judy, Carman, Ethel & Pauline all of Lethbridge, Alberta.

 

Irma is predeceased by her parents and her brother, Marshall Watts.

 

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Creston Baptist Church with a graveside service directly following and a reception afterwards at the Creston Baptist Church. Interment is at Forest Lawn Cemetery located at 220 36 Ave N in Erickson.
