Obituary of Nada Fait

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nada “Nancy” Fait; our mother, wife, daughter, sister, nana, and friend to many on September 24, 2022, peacefully at home in Wynndel.

Nancy was born in Ottawa, ON to parents Milan and Maria Fait on December 17, 1962. She truly was the rock of our family. Beautiful from the inside and out, she radiated positivity and grace with everything she put her mind to.  Gone far too soon, she will be greatly missed, always remembered, and loved beyond measure.

Nancy was predeceased by her uncle Gustav Cerovsky and brother John Fait.

She will be forever remembered by her parents Milan and Maria Fait, husband Shaun Hendrickson, children Loki Moodie and Robyn (Aaron) MacKellar, brothers Mickey and Alex Fait, sister Milena Zorc, niece Chelsey Fait, nephew Rylan Fait and grandson Damon MacKellar.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday October 7, 2022, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Wynndel Community Centre, 5127 Wynndel Road, Wynndel, BC. The family invites you to brighten their lives in their time of grief by sharing your happiest memories of Nada and to please wear light coloured clothing.

In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to make a memorial contribution may do so to the Creston Valley Hospital – Acute Care, Bag 3000, Creston, BC V0B 1G0 or to the East Kootenay Regional Hospital – Oncology Unit, 13 24^th Ave N., Cranbrook, BC V1C 3H9.
